Welcome to Ramona Web Designs LLC (RWD). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Ramona Web Designs LLC provides web design and digital marketing services. Our plans are designed to be all-inclusive with month-to-month terms.

2. Payment and Billing

• Clients are required to save a payment method for autopay setup.

• Initial invoices are billed immediately upon service commencement.

• Subsequent months are billed on the 1st of each month.

• Bounced payments may incur a $25 charge per instance to cover bank fees and additional administrative time.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We offer a flexible, no-contract policy with month-to-month terms.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an invoice is automatically processed.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via text message.

• Due to our flexible cancellation policy and lack of long-term commitments, we do not offer refunds of any kind on any service.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• RWD retains ownership of all website designs as our intellectual property.

• Clients effectively lease or rent website usage from RWD.

• Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline.

• The domain will be released and transferred to the client's account on their chosen Domain Registrar.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time for any reason. RWD reserves the right to cancel a client's plan and end the relationship, and likewise, the client may cancel their service at any time following the cancellation procedure outlined in Section 3.

6. Service Specifics

Website Plans

• Standard pricing is for a 5-page static website.

• Additional pages, complex work, or extra content may incur additional charges.

• Unlimited updates include modifications to existing pages, not new pages, features, or content.

• Updates are typically made within 1 business day, but this timeline is not guaranteed.

Google Search Ads

• Pricing is based on a typical small local service business.

• Additional campaigns, ads, or work beyond the standard scope may incur extra charges.

Reviews Program

• We cannot guarantee specific review results, as these depend on the client's service quality and customer interactions.

• We cannot guarantee the removal of negative reviews but will make reasonable attempts through proper channels.

7. Additional Work and Verification

• Clients should verify any additional work in writing to protect both parties and maintain fairness.

8. Pricing and Promotions

• RWD can end discounts and promotional pricing at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be modified accordingly.
